With your Citi®
card and cash access PIN (Personal Identification Number), you
can get cash at thousands of ATMs around the world. To find
your PIN, please refer to the PIN notification letter or call
Customer Service at 1-888-766-2484 to request a PIN change form.
To locate a nearby ATM in the U.S. or Canada, call our ATM Locator
Service at 1-800-CITI-ATM (1-800-248-4286), 24/7.
Please refer to your Card Agreement for specific Finance Charges associated with Cash Advances.
Cash Advances are not eligible to earn miles. (If you are a new customer, you will receive your PIN notification letter within
the next few weeks.)
Cash Worldwide
Request Cash Advances at thousands of financial
institutions worldwide where MasterCard credit cards are accepted,
and at Citibank®
branches in 40 countries.
Cash Advances are assessed finance charges
from the date of the transaction until paid in full and are
subject to a Cash Advance fee. Please refer to your Card Agreement
for specific Finance Charges associated with Cash Advances.

letter within the next few weeks.)
Convenience Checks
With Convenience Checks, you can access the Cash
Advance portion of your Credit Line anywhere personal checks
are accepted. For your free checks, call Customer Service at
1-888-766-2484.
Subject to credit availability and limited
to the unused portion of your available Cash Advance limit.
Citi® Platinum
Select® / AAdvantage®
World MasterCard®
checks are treated as Cash Advances and are subject to the Cash
Advance Transaction Fee and will be assessed a Finance Charge
from the date of the transaction until paid in full. Please
refer to your Card Agreement for specific Finance Charges associated
with Cash Advances.
