About Your Account
Credit Line Increase
We'll regularly review your account to see if your Credit Line can be increased automatically. Once your account has been
established for 6 months and is in good standing, the primary cardholder can request a Credit Line increase by calling
Customer Service at 1-800-732-6000. You can also request a Credit Line increase online when you sign-on at
citicards.com. Some requests may require additional financial
documentation.
Card Cancellation
You can close your Citi card account at any time by calling Customer Service at 1-888-766-2484, or by notifying us in writing.
You are still responsible for paying the Balance according to the terms of your Card Agreement.
Change Your PIN
With a Personal Identification Number (PIN), your Citi card gives you access to cash from 892,000 ATMs worldwide. To change your
PIN, or to report it lost and have a new one issued, call Customer Service at 1-888-766-2484, or sign-on at
citicards.com.
Billing Dispute Resolution
If there is ever a billing problem with merchandise you've charged on your Citi card, and you can't resolve it directly with
the merchant, we can help. Call Customer Service at 1-888-766-2484. In most cases, we can immediately credit your account for
the amount in question. Although we can't guarantee the problem will be resolved in your favor, we will work with you and the
merchant to settle the dispute quickly and fairly.
Change Personal Information
To change any of your personal information—name, billing address or phone number—call Customer Service at 1-888-766-2484, or
fill out the payment coupon attached to your statement and send it in with your payment. You can also make changes online when
you sign-on at citicards.com.
